Hugg & Hall is the the leading equipment rental company in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. They can provide for all your construction, industrial, heavy, aerial, material handling and light equipment needs.

As a Client Engagement Representative, I am part of the Digital Marketing Department who is in charge of positively representing Hugg & Hall digitally, while providing a high level of customer service to ensure our customers needs are always being met. Below is a brief summary of my average workday:

​

- Assist customers across multiple social media interface, designing / writing / scripting / editing relevant content for posting to various social media channels to increase community engagement and positive sentiment for the brand.
- Shoot and edit drone footage for promotional use.
- Uphold brand standards while creating effective, dynamic and well-thought-out internal and external presentations
- Create targeted Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Create Linkedin ads for open job opportunities.
- Maintain the Hugg & Hall website and it's internal elements.
- Write SEO driven blog content based on current market trends.
- Develop email marketing campaigns via Constant Contact along with interactive landing pages for ease of client use.
- Maintain a social media calendar to ensure consistent, relevant engaging content.
- Update and manage Google My Business pages for all fifteen locations.
- Track and report on key metrics across social media channels, and use findings to maximize growth opportunities.
- Develop positive customer relationships via Podium messaging services.
- Provide timely, professional and detailed responses to comments, messages, and business inquiries.
- Create style guide, business plan and marketing strategy for Skylocker social media pages, mobile app, and website.
