Lambda Pi Eta was founded at Pittsburg State University in 2001, and continues to flourish under the advisement of Dr. Joey Pogue. The organization promotes community service, public awareness, and a sense of camaraderie among Communication Majors.

To be in Lambda Pi Eta you must be a Communication Major, Junior or Senior in Standing, with a 3.0 GPA.
